How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT (25.5% for Finland). VAT is adjusted at checkout based on your country.
Shipping
How fast will I receive my order?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Finland typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Made-to-order items take 1–4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries and the Nordics. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Is there free shipping?
Free shipping within Finland for orders over €200.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact info@nordicastro.com to initiate a return.
Do products have a warranty?
Yes, all products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years). Your statutory consumer rights also apply.
How do I file a complaint?
Email info@nordicastro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll handle it as quickly as possible.

What brands do you carry?
We are an authorized dealer for ZWO, William Optics, iOptron, Player One, Antlia, Optolong, SVBony, SharpStar, and Coken. All products are imported directly from the manufacturers.
Can I order items that are out of stock?
Yes, you can order products that are currently out of stock. Made-to-order items typically arrive within 1–4 weeks directly from the manufacturer.
