The Lunt 27mm Flat-Field Eyepiece is the longest focal length in the Lunt eyepiece range, providing the lowest magnification and widest field of view. It is ideal for full-disc solar observation, offering a panoramic view of the entire sun with sharp detail from edge to edge.
Coated with Lunt’s 0.1% anti-reflective coatings — the same etalon-grade coatings used in their H-alpha filters — it delivers excellent contrast for observing prominences along the limb and large-scale chromospheric structures.
