Description
The Lunt Zoom Eyepiece covers a continuous focal length range from 7.2mm to 21.5mm, replacing multiple fixed eyepieces with a single versatile unit. Simply twist the zoom ring to sweep through magnifications — from wide-field full-disc views to high-power close-ups of individual solar features — without swapping eyepieces.
Coated with Lunt’s 0.1% anti-reflective coatings (the same etalon-grade coatings used in their H-alpha filters), it delivers excellent contrast for both solar and nighttime observation. The 7-element, 4-group optical design maintains sharp, flat-field performance across the zoom range.
