The LS40THa Standard Kit puts hydrogen-alpha solar observing within reach. At just 2.6 pounds with a 400mm f/10 optical system, this is Lunt’s most portable dedicated solar telescope — a true grab-and-go scope that fits in a small bag and sets up in seconds.

The pressure-tuned etalon delivers less than 0.65 Å bandpass, revealing prominences, filaments, and surface detail with the optical quality Lunt is known for. The included B600 blocking filter and helical focuser provide everything needed to start observing immediately.
