The adapter connects a 2 “receptacle with an M48 thread, and has the largest free diameter for (full format) photography. To prevent tilting, this adapter has NO locking groove and is built with minimal tolerance: The outer diameter must be between 50, 72 and 50.78mm lie – that means there is less than 0.1mm of play.
The adapter has an M48x0.75 internal thread in the 2 “sleeve on the telescope side and can therefore also be used as a 32mm extension (of which 30mm slip length and 2mm support edge).
