Description
The Lunt 12mm Flat-Field Eyepiece is purpose-built for solar observation, delivering a sharp, flat field of view across the entire image. Coated with Lunt’s 0.1% anti-reflective coatings — the same coatings used on their etalon filters — it minimizes internal reflections and maximizes contrast for detailed views of solar prominences, filaments, and surface features.
The 1.25″ barrel fits all standard telescope focusers and Lunt solar telescopes. At 12mm focal length, it provides a good mid-range magnification for studying individual active regions and sunspot groups in detail.
